How do I get started?

Download Explorum from the App Store or Google Play. Choose an experience from the overview showing experiences within 10 km, or click join if you have received a 4-digit access code and enter the code. Start your experience!

Do I need mobile data?

Yes, unfortunately we don't have offline experiences yet.

Does it cost anything?

There are both free and paid experiences in the app. The price of the different experiences depends on how much content and variation there is, but both free and paid experiences have high quality content.

Is it necessary to enable location?

Yes, it is necessary, otherwise the app cannot find the checkpoints. However, we are very strict about only using your location to find the checkpoints — it is never logged or saved.

Why can't I see any experiences when I open the app?

Explorum only shows experiences that are within 10 kilometres. If you are somewhere where there are no experiences within that radius, no experiences will be shown.

Can I create my own experiences?

Yes! It is possible to create a user account under profile. You can create a free experience and share it with your participants using a code.
